I'm very happy and satisfied with Global Home Finders Property Management and Frank Escobedo in renting my house in the golf course resort. I bought the house for winter vacationing only, but later I got busy in the Pacific Northwest, and was not able to live there in the winter. I tried to sell the house , but the market was not good. I researched many Property Management companies on the WEB and interviewed each of them . None of them were able to help me except Frank Escobedo. I didn't know Frank at all at first. He not only listed my house for rent and took pictures of my house , the club house , the golf course , tennis course , swimming pool and the great fruit orchards in the resort. Although it is difficult to rent there due to the policies of age (must be older than 55), visitors can stay no longer than 30 days etc. -- he said that this is a well designed nice house with new furniture and a beautiful view with a very secure location and you only need one family, only one, to be found to rent and enjoy your house.
I left Brownsville and returned to Washington and handed my house over to him. I was encouraged by him but was not sure that he could rent it. In a short time, I heard my neighbor friend in Brownsville say that "your agent" did a lot of advertising on your house, every weekend it was in the local newspaper and was on the web site. In 4 months I was happily surprised that my house was rented.
